MARISSA BUCKLEY – Dance Teacher, Dip Dance Education CSN

 

Marissa has been teaching dance, drama and musical theatre at Super Stars Stage School since it first opened it's doors in 2010. A brilliantly talented dancer, Marissa has been performing since the young age of 4, and has a Diploma in Dance Education

 

Marissa has starred in a number of shows including Les Miserbles, Oliver, Little Shop of Horrors and Seussical The Musical. She has also performed in  Cork Opera House pantomimes with Cork City Ballet.  Marissa is a founding member of the Cork City Musical Society.

 

In addition to being an exceptional dancer, she is also a very gifted choreographer, and has choreographed all of Super Stars Stage Schools shows.  Her pieces have appeared in Cork Opera House, The Everyman Palace Theatre, The Firkin Crane and Cork Arts Theatre.

 

Marissa also has experience working with various youth groups and schools on dance projects and is an energetic and attentive teacher who loves to teach performing arts.

 

Marissa is the founder of Super Stars company class.  She is the main dance teacher in our Blackpool Studio. She is a very valued and important part of the Super Stars Team.
