In addition to being Super Stars Cork Director and founder, Kate also runs our Drama and Musical Theatre Department. Kate studied with The Royal Victoria College of Music, London where she achieved the highest honours qualifications.  

 

She began her teaching career in 2009 and founded Super Star’s in 2010. Adding Music and Gymnastics /Acro to our performing arts department in quick succession. 

 

Since opening Super Star’s,  Kate has written and directed all of the shows plays. The Stage School performs two shows a year.  Kate is also a course co ordination for Irish Music and Drama College - where she designs and consults on industry standards and teacher training with the performing arts industry. 

 

Kate has also preformed in a number of productions herself but her interests and passion remain in teaching, direction and script writing. Kate is a dedicated and gifted teacher who strongly believes in the benefits of performing arts and that every child is a Super Star!
